Ashton Bennion, MSW-I

We are all at different points on our journey in life, and it is okay to ask for help along the way. Struggling with any sort of mental health challenge or obstacle can be dark, scary, and lonely. I believe that therapy can be a powerful tool for healing, change and growth. I am here to listen to you and your story. I am honored to be a witness to your journey, and I hope to support you as you work through challenges, discover your strengths, learn new skills, and explore who you are.

I am originally from Iowa, but moved out to Utah for school. I received my undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Social Work, as well as a minor in Mental Health Advocacy and Awareness. I am currently working on my Masters of Social Work from Utah State. I have had the wonderful opportunity to work with children, teenagers, and adults in a variety of settings including child care, residential treatment, shelter, and juvenile justice. I am so excited to continue learning from and growing with my incredible clients.

In my free time, you can probably find me curled up with a good book, watching my comfort show, listening to music, spending time with my husband and two cats, or somewhere outside.
